  They may have dropped the "Baptist" from their name but they still push the Baptist beliefs. Strong emphasis on evangelism. Worship was dreadful - not spirit filled at all. No one on the worship team smiled and all the songs sounded the same. No idea who the pastor is/was or who the leadership was. Oh, but they have a coffee bar! (sarcasm)

  North Wake is a church that is centered around Discipleship. As a member you are required to be part of a Small group which they have over 20 to chose from that work around any schedule. Each small group is centered around discipleship and accountability, which is done intentionally.
  "The mission of North Wake Church is to reach the lost and equip them to join with us in becoming mature and ministering worshipers of God." This mission statement emulates what they teach and believe superbly.
  If you are looking for a church to be challenged at, one that will make you dig into your heart and figure out the plan that God has for your life then you can not choose a better church in the North Raleigh area. By the way, the corporate preaching on Sunday is amazing.

  I am so challenged by the teaching at North Wake. It is what a church should be... believers in Christ supporting each other as we muddle through this crazy life. I admire the lives of the preacher and elders...they are such encouragers. I love the women's ministry. I also enjoy the small groups. My small group is like family to me now.
